Pets R Family is a blessing for our family. Have been to several veterinary practices through the years with many animals, and Pets R Family stands out as truly the best practice we have ever been to. Dr. Deckard truly cares about the animals she sees and is competent, goes the extra mile (actually the extra 20 miles....well above and beyond), does not over treat or overmedicate and has reasonable rates and is very skilled in her diagnoses. We found Pets R Family through recommendations on a community Facebook page that has about 3,000 members, and people repeatedly raved about the practice. We made a switch with our dogs and are so happy we did! As soon as you step in their doors, you see not only a beautiful facility, but animals coming and going, a very full chalkboard with the list of their furry visitors scheduled for the day, extra touches like coffee for the furry ones owners and treats for the animals, and a very welcoming staff. Their practice is truly a model of how a veterinary practice should be run (you can't teach compassion though...for the people at Pets R Family, it comes naturally). The staff at Pets R Family are all very sweet and helpful. They (and Dr. Deckard) took the extra time to help after the loss of one of our dogs for which we are very grateful. Also, during the hurricane, Dr. Deckard and her staff camped out with the animals which made us feel so reassured that our dogs were being so well cared for and protected. Boarding was excellent, and they even sent photos through our dogs stay. If I could give Pets R Family 100 stars I would. Thank you Dr. Deckard and all your staff for always being so compassionate, caring, and competent.
This place is amazing. Not only do they take their time to get to know you and your dog, but they have compassion for every person and animal that walks through their door. Not many places show the complete care and kindness that Pets R Family does. They truly live up to their name. :)
A great group of people that always make you feel welcome and are so helpful with any questions or concerns. A beautiful and clean office as well. Great for boarding your pets too - Rosco and Cooper give a paws up!

Have taken both my girls here. Staff is sweet and caring. You can tell the doctor really loves animals and isn't just going through the motions. I was very impressed. So happy to have found such an awesome vet right down the street! :D
