This is just poor to say the least...No one at this company could pick up a phone and talk to me...I'll let my RV friends know that this place is not worth doing business with.....If I could give them a zero start I would....
Very poor customer service.....I called about renting a space and received a text message saying that they were to busy to call me and I should make my inquiry by text. I then sent a text asking if they had a space available and their reply was ....we don't have any space available...
One of the first places I did business with when I moved to Jacksonville. They came out late at night to allow me to store my boat after a very long drive. They were always cordial, efficient and let me know they appreciated my business. I wish everything worked as smoothly as working with them. I can't rate them higher but I would if more stars where available.
