Was very happy to find this place! Store is laid out nice, however, I did not get the help I needed. I've been in many flooring shops and this lady seemed to be more interested in her own home project than mine. I found a tile, without assistance, one I really thought I would work, but she didn't check out the board. She could not give me a price, so I ask her to call me with a price the next day. It's well over 2000 sq.ft. Plus additional bath room floors, showers and tubs. I never heard from her again. I just felt she didn't really care if she helped or not .....Not the kind of service I need!
What an incredible experience I had working with two professionals, my designer, Laura, and the general manager, Frank. Both went over and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. I absolutely love my new, beautiful kitchen and flooring. I highly recommend this company to anyone that is wanting a fresh, new look in their home.
