I have been with Jade for 10 years for Homeowners Insurance and now with auto insurance. Jade always treats me with respect and always makes sure to thank me for my business which does mean a lot. Its also very comforting to know that I don't have to talk to someone who doesn't know me at an 800 number if I need assistance.
had insurance for years with Jade. after having a claim and issues with the insurance company, Jade would not return calls and offered very,very little assistance. phones calls were not returned and just very bad customer service. the lady answering the phone always replied that Jade was not available for weeks of calls. I ended up going to another carrier for $220.00 less a year for the same coverage! if you are looking for insurance get it from a company that cares about their customers and not just their premiums. Probably one of the absolute worst experiences I have had.
