I had a wonderful experience here at this ER.
explained everything thoroughly, super efficient. Dr. Gyarmathy and Kristina were great. Kristina helped my wife later in the day with follow up scheduling an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. My wife works in health care and she was very pleased and impressed with this facility and the staff. It is more expensive because it is a true Emergency Room just like those located at the hospital, but it was worth it!
First, let me say that this is an emergency room and NOT an urgent care. I see a lot of people on here who seem to think this is an urgent care place and it's not! It's a REGULAR ER and you will be charged as such! You should really only go here if you have an emergency, not something little like a cold for 65 days or something.
I came here when I cut my hand making dinner one night and it wouldn't stop bleeding. The staff was amazing and I was in and out in no time at all!!
The staff is kid friendly, courteous and compassionate. We've had to use this in the past and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I took my wife in the day before Thanksgiving with a dislocated shoulder from a fall. Mark, the charge nurse immediately came out to our car and helped her into a wheelchair and into the building. She was in a lot of pain. Everyone was very nice and professional. They managed her pain quickly, took X-rays,
NOT FOR KIDS!! No pediatrician dr at this facility. Bring your children to Wolfsons. They can't treat kids here. I found this out the hard way!!
Dr. Maxwell is an amazing doctor. He taught me a lot of valuable information and was very nice and down to earth.
Overpriced AND less helpful. Came in with an extraordinary pain in my wrist. Literally the only patient in the building and still had a wait.Told me to take Motrin and gave me an overpriced wrist brace. I should have gone to Care Spot. They would at least treat the unbearable pain so you leave in better shape than you came in. Worst mistake coming here.
The bottom line: I would suggest this place to anyone who needs to see an ER (NOT AN URGENT CARE!!!!!)
