Typically I have no problems here but just now I waited with my son for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement. Still not much of a reason to complain, however, a still stylist did take the time to come answer the phone and still I was not acknowledged. I left after that. Also, my son and I were the only ones waiting. This occurred today at about 11:20.
A few moments later Victoria introduced herself to a lady already waiting and advised her that she was no good at dry cuts. She offered to wash and style her hair reminding her that she was not good at dry cuts or wait for another stylist. This appalled me. I'm in for a dry or clipper cut! I don't want someone to offer to wash my hair for an up-charge or better yet try cutting my hair. This isn't a beauty school. Maybe use a spray bottle to wet the hair!
This is my second time coming here... I was little iffy about going the first time because of all the bad reviews about the place but i think I got lucky! So the first time I cam there was a lot of commotion but I ended about getting a great hair cut/blow dry from a hair stylist named Rana. I came home to loving my new hair cut that I had to absolutely come back. I requested for Rana again who did a tremendous job, this time I got color and it turned out amazing. However, the rest of the salon looked like chaos (which is why I only gave 4 stars rather than 5). I read from the reviews below that many of the hair stylists were doing a bad job which is what is bring the salon down. The salon wasn't very organized either.
The lack of competence made me leave, besides I don't know that anyone even knew I was there.
I stopped in as a first time visitor to a semi crowded lobby. There was no one to greet me so I sat. A few minutes went by before any employee even acknowledged anyone or made eye contact and that was by an employee walking in from having been shopping or just arriving.
one of the best cuts I've had in a while. Reasonably priced and got a nice scalp massage and shampoo to boot.
I stopped by on a weekday in the middle of the day. Diane was able to get me right in. I ask for a wash, simple cut to my shoulders, and a blow dry. The wash was different than usual and the cut was rushed through and she didn't even check to make sure it was even. She put a bunch of mousse in my hair and only half dried it. I left her a good tip but when I got home I had to re wash it to get all the mousse out. Once I had it all dry it was a complete hack job. Uneven ALL over. I went back in and Dawn fixed it all up for me. It will grow back but since I had to go back it's now about an inch shorter than I wanted it. Diane has messed me up before but this was worse than ever. I won't be going back to this location.
