I love the office staff and manner of Dr. Levine and staff! Impressed with the professionalism and caring.
Dr. Kibler and her wonderful nurses and staff are extremely helpful and kind. They make going to the Doctors office a very pleasant experience. Dr. Kibler has helped my wife and I to improve our health drastically. Everyone goes out of their way in helping us to meet our health care goals. They also have lab work available to be taken right there in the office which is very convenient. If the kids or either of us are sick we have always been able to get seen if needed. The office is exceptionally clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly and professional. I have recommended this office to all my friends. We have seen Dr. Levine on an urgent care visit and he was also wonderful and helpful.
If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment you are automatically considered a "No Show" and are charged the $30 penalty. Even if you call hours in advanced. Ridiculous.
You are greeted with a smile and courtesy when you walk through the door. The nurse (Anita) is professional and friendly. Dr. Levine is extremely professional. He is concerned about me and never rushes through any issues I may have. I am impressed with his knowledge. He “takes care of business” – goes over bloodwork fully, follow up appointments, prescriptions, etc. My wife goes here too (Dr. Kibler) and is very happy.
Dr Levine has NO regard for your time. He takes way too long, every time. It is rude, and he does not care. If you have 2 hours to waste, then by all means go to him. You will be there for over 2 hours. HEY! Dr. Levine, stop doing this to people, it is SO RUDE.
