Very friendly and great customer service. Conveniently located to my neighborhood in Julington Creek Planation. I come here often to get new tubes, tires, chains, and misc repairs. If she doesn't have the part she orders it quickly. I highly recommend this neighborhood bike shop. Reasonably priced.
When we moved to Florida, we made it a priority to buy bikes for 3 of our 4 family members. The owner Tracy was extremely knowledgeable in helping me select a bike (haven't had one in 20 years) that fit the purpose of my wanting a bike and also for each of my sons. There was no pushy sales or upsell...and she really listened. Repairs have been done quickly and she's always there to ask advice. Since then I've bought a bike for my Dad and rented a tricycle for my Mom and gotten loads of accessories. Great Customer Service, thanks Tracy!
